So you've got your tea - now what?

The way you steep your tea can greatly impact its taste, aroma, and overall quality. Here are some general guidelines for steeping different types of tea:

Black tea: Black tea is typically the strongest and most robust of all the tea varieties. To steep black tea, bring water to a rolling boil (around 212°F or 100°C) and pour it over the tea leaves in a teapot or tea infuser. Let the tea steep for 3-5 minutes, or until desired strength is achieved. Longer steeping times can result in a bitter taste.

Green tea: Green tea is known for its light and delicate flavor, and it is important not to over-steep it. To steep green tea, heat water to around 160-180°F (71-82°C) and pour it over the tea leaves. Steep for 1-3 minutes, or until desired strength is achieved.
